Our legal experts have studied the new legislation on personal injury evaluation, which was established by Law 35/2015, of 22 September on the reform of the system for the evaluation of damages and loss caused in traffic accidents. This law, which has been applicable since 1 January 2016, radically modified the pre-existing system and philosophy of the law, and it aims to ensure that after an accident, the injured parties and their families remain in an economic and personal position as similar as possible to their situation before the event.
