Rogeli Montoliu i Viñeta

Has a law degree from the University of Barcelona and a Master’s in Marriage and Family law from the Bar Association of Barcelona. He was a member of the Governing Board of the Bar Association of Vic from 2000 to 2003, acting as its Librarian and from 2005 to 2013 as the organisation’s Treasurer. He is a member of the Vic Delegation of the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce.

Rogeli Montoliu i Casals

Has a law degree from the University of Barcelona and a Master’s in Commercial Law from the Bar Association of Barcelona. He took doctorate courses at the Autonomous University of Barcelona between 1996 and 1998. He was responsible for the Department of Licences and Urban Planning Regulations at Vic City Council between 1997 and 2001. He has been the Secretary of the Catalan Association of Specialists in Inheritance Law since its foundation in 2012. He has published studies on inheritance planning and Inheritance Law in specialist magazines and has given conferences on the subject.
