Administrative Law

In any society, contact with authoritative bodies is inevitable; councils, county councils, provincial, regional and state government organisations, not to mention the European Union, and the entre administrative network created by them. With so many of these entities, correct assessment is a must for any business. The dynamic, continual relationship with these bodies, whether in regulated and ordinary procedures, or in discrepancies that often occur in the enactment of regulatory and bureaucratic procedures, requires expertise, professional tact and negotiation skills.

We have proven experience in dealing with the public authorities, defending the interests of our clients, drafting appeals, transcripts and applying those legal resources necessary, while personally negotiating and administrating matters before the authorities when required.

Our office also acts in claims and complaints made against the public authorities for those damages and losses incurred by our clients in demands for compensation. The principle of authoritative responsibility allows us to claim for damages from administrative bodies, medical errors from malpractice in the public health service, accidents on public thoroughfares due to poor maintenance, illicitly obtained or erroneously-granted licences and any other damage or loss that arises from the normal or abnormal functioning of the public authorities.
