A private foundation may be used to manage, without profit, those assets clients deem appropriate for the attainment of a general objective. In the same manner, an association may be used by several people, who come together voluntarily in order to achieve a common aim with a general or specific interest, while committing themselves to share their know-how, economic resources and efforts, either on a temporary or permanent basis, and without a profit motive.
